I have to wonder how much marijuana was involved in all the mele

Wildwood - I have to wonder how much marijuana was involved in all the melee of memorial day weekend. Where I live they have legalized it recreationally and boy can you tell. Nine times out of ten you can smell it if you see a reckless driver or observe rudeness out in public. People overall seem to become more edgy when using it, like they have no filter on speech or behavior. Maybe they should enact laws to punish parents or guardians if they give young people access, similar to rules about alcohol. It makes me so sad to hear about all this happening in a place I love so much.
