Wildwood - I have to give Mr. Byrne credit for his appraisal of development in Wildwood. Why preserve old buildings that have no historical value? It is cheaper to build new construction that is more energy efficient and more modern with the latest technology and conveniences. The new generation has no idea of doo-wop and as a marketing gimmick it will not work. What Wildwood needs is affordable housing, but between zoning and state regulations it will never happen.
