Wildwood - I have been having a discussion with my neighbor for the past four weeks. She walks her dog every night and puts the dog's poop in a plastic bag. Good, right? Then she places this bag in her recycle trash for pickup. I almost end up in fist fights with her because I believe this doo doo should be placed into the regular trash bag for pickup. She states the bag is plastic and the poop itself is recyclable. Our neighbors are evenly split and some suggest bury it. Her husband wants to put the old dog and his poop in the trash bag for pickup. Please advise us what to do before that dog goes too.
