I drive to work every morning at 4:30 a.m.

Wildwood - I drive to work every morning at 4:30 a.m. through North Wildwood and Wildwood. I decided to take New Jersey Oct. 11 and all the lights in North Wildwood are flashing but Wildwood still has the changing lights. I got stuck at New Jersey and Rio Grande for over 10 minutes without the light changing. I couldn't run the light because a police officer was sitting in his vehicle at the corner. I had to eventually back up and go another direction.
