Wildwood - I do not have a problem with people who are handicapped. I do have a problem when they have a driveway and park at a parking meter every day all day and night, yet they walk the entire Boardwalk every night. Also, read the placard, they are not to be hung on the mirror while driving. They display them like a badge of honor.
