Wildwood - I agree with a spout about sending the back bay development out to bid ASAP. If the original developer walks away because of the bidding, then we know we made the correct choice. If the developer does not walk away and is the winning bidder then we did the taxpayer and the developer justice which is a win-win. Sending out to bid will do no harm unless the original developer tells you otherwise, in which if he does, then that's a red flag that the mayor never saw coming. Transparency, commissioners, transparency.
