These officers have the most vacation, personal , holidays of any contract in C.M.C. and maybe the state. Veteran officers compensation is over 100,000 per year, not including a very generous pension of 65% pay after 25 years of service. I am in favor of fair compensation for our officers, but this town can no longer afford lavish contracts that citizens pay for with the highest property taxes in C.M.C ,It is time to cut the fat.
