Wildwood - Even if you have Section 8 assistance, you can be denied a rental due to poor credit, inability to pay the remainder of the rent, occupancy limits, etc. It is not illegal for a landlord to deny a rental based on those things. Section 8 is not a free pass to get into any rental you choose. You can also be evicted if you do not pay your portion of the rent as outlined in your lease.
