Enough with these dogs and cats being allowed in local restauran

Wildwood - Enough with these dogs and cats being allowed in local restaurants, food venues, shopping centers and people putting them in the shopping carts or allowing their pets to walk off leash in the stores. What about the people who are afraid of dogs or are allergic to cats? I don't want your pet relieving itself on and licking food products all over the lower shelf. These laws are being completely abused by selfish pet owners. Produce the certificate that your animal has been trained by a state certified agency to help you or keep your pets home.
