On East Montgomery Ave.

Wildwood - On East Montgomery Ave. there is this old ratty, possibly abandoned stake body truck, that for months has been parked at a parking meter while displaying a handicap placard. Courtesy is given daily and the vehicle never moves. This is wrong and not intended to be an indefinite parking space. The taxpayers are losing money by forgiving revenue and a meter that I would bet has not seen a quarter since early January.
