Does Wildwood have a Boardwalk Improvement District ?

Wildwood - Does Wildwood have a Boardwalk Improvement District ? If so it does not appear to do very much at all. The Boardwalk area near near the parking lots at Oak and Wildwood Avenues is a complete disgrace litter and trash all over at the old go kart track area , the ticket booth is falling apart ,fencing is broken too. The boardwalk in that area needs repairs too. Maybe Code enforcement should get involved since they are doing nothing with the rest of the city..
