Wildwood - On Dec. 5 at approximately 12:30 while traveling in Avalon, I noticed a City of Wildwood municipal truck following a local business owner who was operating a vehicle with a trailer. Why? Doesn't Wildwood have employees who operate such equipment? Or was this something not affiliated with city work? Taxpayers wake up as it's your money.
