Wildwood - The convention center is not used much during the winter months. I suggest Wildwood open up the center for the homeless and drug recovery victims of Cape May County. Feed, clothe and board them for the winter. They are all under one roof and not wandering the streets in the bitter cold. Think positive; have Thanksgiving dinner, a Christmas party and movies there on weekends. In the spring, release them to the neighborhood shore towns and have them provide jobs there until the winter arrives again. It's win, win.
