Wildwood - The condo at the head of Hildreth and Lake, routinely, every weekend has cars parked on the sidewalk completely blocking pedestrian access, and this is tolerated by the local police department. They think the sidewalk is part of the parking lot and can get up to four cars upon the public right of way. You cannot tell me that within a 48 hour period, the police are so busy the parking violation cannot be enforced. The flip side is, the city is losing so much money in actively citing parking violations, but yet, complain about a lean operating budget.
