Wildwood - The City of Wildwood needs to use code enforcement to go after properties cluttered with trash. Then go after the slumlords who rent units that are not safe. Since it is a small city, code enforcement should have pictures of all the properties that are unsafe or cluttered with trash, cite the owners, send copies of the photos, if the violations are not fixed, send public works out to fix the issues, and then place liens on the properties.
