Can someone please do something about the horrific odor coming f

Wildwood - Can someone please do something about the horrific odor coming from the MUA on the side of the Rio Grande bridge. The putrid smell of human waste has been lingering for many years but has become unbearable in the past seven years. There absolutely is a reason the system is not working and stinks like it does. I don't know who's trying to hide the cause or who's responsible for the MUA failure but it may be time to call the state protection health agency down here. It must be handled, as people smell it when they come in, and they smell it when they leave.
