Can derelict properties still be torn down during the summer mo

Wildwood - Can derelict properties still be torn down during the summer months in the downtown Wildwood area? We don't want more squatters in them ,never mind the housing shortage might entice others to set up camp plus they are a haven for varmints. How about all the construction? A symphony of nail guns, saws and unloading trucks to aggravate our guests all summer? What are the rules or will you just ignore them as usual?
