Wildwood - For the Beesley's Point spouter who said, "Police officers should be required to take psychological exams every year:" How about doctors, lawyers, clergymen? Give it a break; cops are humans, and if half of the people in positions of responsibility had to pass psychological jobs to get there in the first place, there would be a lot fewer politicians, teachers, clergymen, etc. Perhaps that spouter should show that he or she certifies as sane annually in order to be able to handle the half ton weapon he drives every day.
