Wildwood - The bay area has not seen any development yet. Been two years and the person who bought this property for $1 million has done nothing. Maybe we should get an assessment of the property, advertise it and put it out for bids. Scarboro and other prime builders were interested in this property but it was a quick sale and they were not notified beforehand. Maybe we can get over $3 million for this great property overlooking the bay. Also have some recreation area for boaters and a park for walkers. What a waste for this area not to be used. Taxpayers, speak up.
