Wildwood - The Avalon anti-gun spouter needs to get his numbers straight. "If a person is unmoved by, and his or her conscience is untroubled by the carnage of 30,000+ people killed by gun violence each....." In the most recent FBI statistics, 8,000 people were killed by firearms (of any type). There were almost 5,000 other murders committed by other means. Guns are not the problem, the moral decay and lack of respect for life and law are the problems. Guns may indeed facilitate violence, but they do not cause violence; that grows in the hardness of the human heart. Blaming guns is a cop out.
