Wildwood - On Aug. 22 at approximately 9:27 a.m., we observed a Wildwood Public Works employee operating what appeared to be a small bulldozer heading east on Wildwood Ave. There was no lead vehicle with the employee, but the employee was also on his cellphone, and went through the light without any regard for the vehicles that had the green light. Seems as if this is unsafe not only for the public, but how about the streets that are already a mess. Maybe if a picture was taken something would be done.
