Wildwood - The article about the volunteers in Wildwood not being around for much longer, needs to be investigated by talking to both sides. The City of Wildwood, under the direction of Chief Spiegel and Deputy Chief (Mayor) Troiano are literally putting the volunteers out of business, in the name of increasing the rank and file of the career division. It is an injustice being dealt the taxpayers and they are subsequently being misled. The volunteers own the building and land that Holly Beach Fire Department occupies and have never discussed selling off the asset and giving the monies to the city.
