Are there no noise ordinances in place for construction in Wildw

Wildwood - Are there no noise ordinances in place for construction in Wildwood? They've been doing roadwork on NJ Avenue for quite a while now. They started with a backhoe and jack-hammering at 3:30 a.m. June 5; my 3-year-old woke up screaming from fear from the rude awakening! This is not the first time they have been doing roadwork after midnight and before 5:00 a.m.; nor is it the first time they have scared my son awake! With how long they have been working on this relatively small stretch of road, they should have been done before Memorial Day. Ridiculously unprofessional.
