Are the taxpayers paying $75,000 for the Philly Pops concert or

Wildwood - Are the taxpayers paying $75,000 for the Philly Pops concert or not? I can't get an answer from anyone. It is not a free concert if the city is paying for it. Perhaps the mayor and commissioners should use the $75,000 to lower our property taxes instead of using it for a concert.
