Wouldn't you rather have it and not need it than need it and not have it? Just because NJ has ridiculous gun laws doesn't mean the bad guys don't still have access to firearms on the street. Do you really think they care about having a permit to carry? No, it's just another charge. In my opinion, NJ gun laws keep the good guys from protecting themselves and their families. Guns don't kill people, people do.
