Wildwood - Another summer watching cars with handicapped tags park at meters and not put a dime in and then trek 1,500 feet to the beach carrying beach chairs. At any given time, half the beach block at Bennett is handicapped. State law mandates that those with handicapped tags must put the maximum amount in the meter and then can remain for 24 hours. How hard would it be to make note of who is on the block and when a handicapped car appears, make sure that money was inserted? Don't worry about the lost revenue, just raise the taxes.
