Am I the only person who is concerned about the sale of our 34-a

Wildwood - Am I the only person who is concerned about the sale of our 34-acre bay property to an unknown person for $1 million? No assessment of the value of the property or any attempt to place it out to bids for developers. A commissioner was told to keep quiet about the deal at the public commission meeting. It will soon be sold and no longer ours to discuss plans for it with our residents. Is this proper for city transparency or am I just naïve?
