Wildwood - Almost every store I go in has a sign for 'Help Wanted.' Meanwhile the welfare office is jammed with people with their hand out. Why not make all government assistance in the form of loans to be paid back at the end of summer? Welfare people can work two full-time jobs at least four months a year. If they don't pay it back, they don't get any aid until they do. I'm not talking about the disabled but those who are able bodied.
