All of a sudden there are all these panhandlers in Wildwood and

Wildwood - All of a sudden there are all these panhandlers in Wildwood and others sleeping in the parks. , laundromats, behind businesses, etc. Some inebriated person was near my sisters store all day making remarks to the (few) customers who ventured downtown. Is this the new Wildwood? I feel sorry for the suckers moving in, thankfully our store is history after this summer.
