With all the controversy surrounding Wildwood High baseball team

Wildwood - With all the controversy surrounding Wildwood High baseball team, I wonder how is it that the director of the recreation center has so much free time all the time to coach. I don't take away his passion, but who is accountable for the hours he does not work while he is coaching? City taxpayers deserve some accountability.
