You would think that cops wear body cams for a reason correct? To protect all involved and when in the evident of an emercency it could be recalled to protect all parties, not to expose or disgrace any officers wrong doings to attempt to cover anything up of them not following thru with doing their job. Well they only work if they are turned on. How "convient" for the officers when they arent. Would like to see how this is handled.
