Wildwood, you have an obvious parking issue! Why not work on this issue before allowing anymore of these condos to be built without adequate parking. Also, why can't you enforce parking issues & traffic violations. I get a ticket for blocking my own driveway (I'm allowed to do this when I ask the police station), but you don't ticket these cars that are parked all the way up to the stop sign. I have to stick my vehicle past the the parked cars into the lane to see if I can even get across or turn. Planning board should be fired or re-educated on how to properly plan!
