You have to admire the Watch Dog group wanting to review the current budget. Most towns do not get hit with a massive tax increase such as ours. The budget should be an open book with all the taxpayers having an opportunity to review it. It is public information to see what positions there are, salaries, duties, staffing, costs and how we can save money to keep our taxes down. Nobody should sign a blank check.
