To the WW spouter who is asking for help with their trash cans after getting red tagged a few times: Had you gone to City Hall in the first place and asked what our rules are, you would not have gotten red tagged. Learn who your neighbors are. You'd be amazed what nice people will do for you down here. Or better yet, do like everyone else does, go to the corner trash cans and dump it there.
