Wow, take a look along Pacific Ave, between Garfield and Spicer-at how nice the area looks now that the concrete and wood structure has been removed from the sidewalk and imagine how the street would appear if those bump outs, resulting in lost parking, would also be removed to allow additional parking at curbside. I believe such to restore business along Pacific Ave. only to be better if allowing meter free parking to enhance the shopping and dining opportunity. Just a way to attract people to the area, which has been overlooked for so long.
