Will someone from the city please do something about the feral cats overtaking, the 400 block of Andrews and Taylor Ave. There is one tenement home that is housing almost half a dozen feral cats. They use everybody’s backyard as a bathroom. There’s cat poop on the sidewalks. For the amount of money people are paying in taxes. Is there anything that can be done? The occupants are aware of how the neighborhood feels and have declined to compromise.
