To the Wildwood spouter who thinks that the mutual aid agreement is to be used because you want to save tax dollars in your town: You are sadly mistaken. It is for emergency situations to protect life and property. If you want to save tax dollars and not hire proper police and fire personnel, that is on you. By not keeping it staffed properly after all of the studies that were done, you are putting the residents and tourists in harm's way. Both departments are way understaffed, according to the studies.

Moderator's Note: Why limit mutual aid to emergencies, why not save money any place they can? Wouldn't mutual aid help with staffing levels?
