Wildwood

Wildwood should be ashamed. I am a year round resident with a large home that was not blessed with a driveway. Fortunately, the street next to the house is free parking with 2 very desirable spaces outside my porch door, which are NEVER open. Somehow, the mayor finds it more practical to give me a free pass(well 8k a year taxes free) along the busy main drag at no cost; with no open parking spaces near my house. Doesn't it make more sense to take the 2 free spots and designate them to the homeowners? Why give a free pass that i can sometimes use? How can renters get the same pass? Confused?
