Wildwood has foot and bicycle patrols up and down Pacific Ave. all summer long; why not during the winter? Seriously, Wildwood isn't the Arctic and other than for a handful of days, with some warm weather gear, there is no reason that foot and bicycle patrols cannot be done during the winter. Maybe this would help deter some crime in Wildwood, like the recent daytime shooting on Roberts Ave. If the drug dealers, degenerates and thugs can walk around Wildwood all winter long, why can't Wildwood PD?
