Why were there no blacks on that so called gang of eight senators committee who decided on the new immigration laws? The whites want the cheap labor and the Latinos will have more Latinos to vote for them. Rep. Guttierrez stated the Latinos have moved ahead of the blacks in America, which means more votes for the Latinos, which means more Latinos in office.
