Why must I answer or decline the survey every time I place a thumbs up or thumbs down on a Spout Off comment online? I must also decline or answer the same survey before going to the next page. Isn't once enough?
Moderator's Note: If you are getting the same survey when you navigate to the next page, you are not satisfying the condition – i.e., you must either complete the survey or share the content; declining is not an option.
