Why doesn't Wildwood do something about the illegal blockades in the north area of Pacific Ave? Vehilcles parked everywhere on sidewalks and middle of streets, often with their poison exhaust fumes left on for an hour while stuffing their face or living via their phones. And its not construction workers, they park legally somewhere or get dropped off. Its the locals or shoobies thinking they can do whatever since nothing is enforced.
