Why do I see a number of men dressed as women while casually going about their business in the streets of Wildwood? Is this a cultural thing? Why? If legislation that orders someone to pull their pants up exists, then legislation to wear gender appropriate clothing could be enacted as well. Why not? It's appropriate in this town; it's a family place, right?
