What a Villas spouter fails to understand is that when many lifeguards sign their contracts they are young, 18 to 20-year-old kids. They are excited to work as a guard and are unaware that hundreds of dollars will be taken from them each summer, while most of them never aspire to work the 20 years required to guard.
