I count 10 employees of the Wildwood Police and Fire Departments making more than $100,000 and many more in the $90,000 range. Multiply this by Wildwood Crest, North Wildwood and West Wildwood along with benefits and retirement and there is no question why our taxes are so high. Our elected officials owe it to us to explain why they do not consolidate services.
