Well now is it true that there is a property tax abatement for new residential construction unit purchases in Wildwood City ? I thought that was only for the Pacific Avenue redevelopment area? As a full time resident since 2004 and a seasonal resident since 1981 this is not fair to me and the rest of the tax payers who pay the highest rates of property taxes in the county.
