We stand with those who think the electronic music beach event is a bad idea, as was evidenced by last year's fiasco. When will the Wildwood decision makers realize what seems to be obvious to everyone else; Wildwood's biggest problem is its reputation. The town needs to distance itself from the drug culture and associated out-of-control behavior in order to attract desirable tourism. Wildwood needs wholesome, family-oriented entertainment to win back all the tourism that has, over the years, slowly trickled away due to special interests, moral relativism and lack of common sense.
