We have been subscribing to the Philadelphia Inquirer for several years. A few years ago they switched from their carrier to using the post office. Starting on April 24, service has been terrible. We’ve been complaining repeatedly, both to the USPS and the Inquirer. In the last 20 days we’ve gotten exactly one paper on time and 6 papers three or more days late. On the other hand, we pick up the Herald every Wednesday and have never missed a day. Please print this and maybe wake somebody up.
