Water was 2-feet deep the night of May 5 on Rio Grande Ave. Cars stalled, people walked through water above the knees and not a police officer to be found. Gas attendants at a convenience store were directing traffic in the street. After I turned around and headed out North Wildwood, there were two police cars at a convenience store on Pine Ave. picking up coffee. This is a sign of lack of leadership all the way to the top.
