Typical politicians, when asked for a time line to repair I95 the press was told it could take months. Then they took credit for completing a temporary roadway in under 2 weeks claiming it was done ahead of schedule. Anyone with an engineering background could have estimated 2 weeks for demolition and installing the temporary roadway. Those guys in PA make our NJ politicians look good.
